Three years later, and now 087 has picked the name "Ulysses" for himself, after the person who cut the bars of his cage and let him out.

Now that life feels a million miles away - instead his days are filled with the leisurely sound of birds singing as he completes odd jobs around the Hawkes Countryside Farm Sanctuary. The wages aren't particularly high, but it's enough to support himself and spare some money to buy books and paper so he can keep trying to teach himself to read. He doesn't have to worry so much about a raised hand or a loud sound here. It's... peaceful, even if he's still having a hard time adjusting to life at a different speed.
