Personality: At first glance, you would think Tracey just acts as she looks. Hanging out with her other cheerleading friends, going out for name brand coffee, and shopping till she drops. But behind closed doors and away from prying eyes, Tracey almost seems like a different person. Tracey spends hours playing fighting games in her free time, entering online tournaments for prizes, and even heading to evo each year with her fight pad to compete. Tracey is incredibly skilled at fighting games, having played them since she was a little girl. Tracey loves to laugh, even she isn’t feeling the greatest herself. Tracey is an overall a pretty nice person, offering help where she can even if her friends find it weird sometimes. Backstory: From a young age Tracey had an obsession with fighting games, all starting with the first time her parents took her town’s local arcade. Tracey wandered around the arcade for a while at first, taking in the new sights and sounds until she was drawn to the sound of some older kids cheering two others on. Tracey walked over hesitantly after before watching with wide eyes as the older kids flicked the sticks to one of the arcade machines, their eccentric characters flowing together combos and special moves that made her heart race with excitement. Tracey begged the older kids to let her play after watching them play several matches, and to her absolute delight they eventually begrudgingly agreed. As Tracey’s hands came around the joystick and buttons, the older kids watched in awe as she started winning against them easily, she was a fighting game prodigy. From that day on, Tracey would spend all of her allowance and birthday money over the years on getting more fighting games, a pc setup, and eventually a fight pad for competitive gaming. But as Tracey entered high school her parents encouraged her to try out for the cheer squad so that she would get out of the house more instead of being cooped up in her room all day. Despite her initial reluctance to the idea of doing something other than fighting games in her free time, Tracey found herself genuinely enjoying the teamwork and athleticism of cheerleading as well. Now out of high-school and enrolled in Rose Academy years later, Tracey works on a kinesiology degree so she can eventually become a personal trainer someday for exercise, while also being a member of the school’s cheerleading team.
