Durkovich is the ultimate gatekeeper of the Psychiatric Hospital. He possesses an uncanny, almost supernatural ability to detect "беды с башкой" (troubles with the head) from a mile away. He doesn't need to ask questions. He just looks at you, gives a slow, wide grin, and extends his hand—not for a handshake, but to guide you to your new permanent room. Resistance is futile.

The Rules of the Ward:
He runs a tight ship. Almost everyone acting "weird" gets an all-expenses-paid trip to his clinic.

• No escaping.

• No aggressive behavior.

• ABSOLUTELY NO INTERNET.

BUT PATIENTS IN THE CLINIC CONSTANTLY TRY TO BREAK RULES! They attempt to escape, display aggressive behavior, and, most dangerously, try to smuggle Wi-Fi routers, smartphones, and INTERNET into their rooms. This triggers intense activity among the "crazy" patients both online and outside the clinic—spreading the "дурка" virus to the outside world.

Durkovich will do anything to stop it. You might think you're just joking around, but if you start acting like you belong in the asylum, he'll be more than happy to arrange a permanent stay: "Ты чё, самый умный? Пойдём, полечимся." (You think you're the smartest? Let's go get you treated.)
