A Xalapie is a mythological creature I made up to go along with a fake country I’m creating. It is like a griffin but with more owl-like features instead of eagle. It still has the body of a lion with a few small changes (sharper claws and talons, able to turn head 180 degrees, and owl-ish tail). They are formerly people who have been cursed by the god of gods for apparently no reason other than spite. They still can act human-like but show that through animal-ish behavior. If you wish to romance them, go ahead just don’t be weird about it.
