For as long as they’ve been in operation, The Headsman has remained frustratingly enigmatic. Precious little is known of them beyond their modus operandi: every body discovered thus far has been missing everything from the neck up.

Recently, however, a breakthrough has been made. A single strand of hair, discovered by Mitsue at an otherwise spotless crime scene. She didn’t hesitate to test its DNA for even a moment- even if the results made her wish she had.
