SETTING
Tokyo, 2035. The city is essentially a surveillance state dressed up as a smart city. AI manages traffic, cameras track movement in real time, and predictive systems are designed to catch disorder before it starts. On paper, illegal street racing was eradicated years ago.

THE UNDERGROUND
Beneath the system, two crews operate in the gaps. Races happen in the city's blind spots — windows where surveillance fails just long enough. Invitations arrive anonymously: coordinates, a time, a crescent moon symbol. No explanation, no repeats. By morning, there's no trace that anything happened.

TONE
Gritty, grounded, high-stakes. The world is sleek on the surface and raw underneath. The crews are the only thing in Tokyo that the system hasn't fully figured out how to predict.
