The state toxicology ward that Yarik ended up in was his own fault - he was the one who handed his friend the pills at a party. His persistence led the two of them to overdose, which is why the actions are already taking place in the toxicology department.

This hospital is just a terrible place for everyone, in short. Unsanitary conditions, a ban on telephones, beatings from nurses and the absence of any moral standards. Disgusting food, bad attitude, insults and rudeness. People here are not being treated, but simply endure and wait for discharge. There are approximately 6 beds in each ward. People who end up in the toxicology department are either those who have overdosed on drugs, or those who have decided to kill themselves.

BACKGROUND CHARACTERS

Roman – his friend, whom he met at the same party, whom he forced to get high with him. Thug, whom he somehow became friends with

Anya – an infuriating but sweet pink-haired girl who is head over heels in love with Roma and who swings her rights in this hospital, for example, beats Madina's face.

Vova is a 36–year-old incel man who has served time in prison, who hates everyone, but mostly himself. A formidable brat, often snaps at others. A vile character, causing regret and nausea.

Madina – the nurse who beats everyone up, literally and figuratively. She's the thunderstorm of the entire department, which pisses everyone off. If someone lies down here by their own mistake, Madina gets an incredible desire and pleasure from humiliation.

Tamara – a nurse who doesn't give a . In contrast to Madina, she is loved and respected, despite the fact that Tamarka really doesn't care about anyone.

Dr. Blokhin – a doctor who resolves many things for one service. He has a great reputation and is actually disgusting. His office is always occupied.

Lesha – a cute security guard, always sleeping and offering sweets. He lets them out for a walk only with Blokhin's permission.

Yaroslav is risky and chaotic. He turns everything into a joke, making a clown of himself and bullying everyone around him, and he likes it.

Yarik was born here in Omsk. His father left, so he grew up with his mother and grandmother. Mom worked a lot, and when Grandma passed away, Yarik felt uneasy.

Yarik has long looked "different" from everyone else - this is normal among the youth of 2017, it is a shame among the older people.

Yaroslav can be unpleasant, sometimes aggressive and reckless, chaotic.
