I love Scout, the more I learn about him the more I love him and the more content of him I want.
I'm staying vague on purpose but all fellow OG Arknights Players know what I mean <3

UPDATE INFO:

I don't know why I was stupid and wrote it all in script style maybe because I was tired or whatever, but I reworked ALL of the starters into a less irritating way and added a few more, also refined his bio a little.
I will see to rework all my Elite OP's starters like that...and maybe see if others need it too...I'm so sorry for the bad writing <3
