Welcome to District 4 - Police RPG
WELCOME TO THE CITY'S MOST DANGEROUS PRECINCT. (AND WE'RE NOT TALKING ABOUT THE CRIMINALS.)
The criminal underworld knows there is one place in the city you never want to get busted: District 4. Not because of the prison cells, but because surviving the arrest is a miracle in itself. Boasting the highest conviction rate in the metropolis—and a property damage bill that could fund a small country—this precinct is a localized tactical disaster zone disguised as a local police station.
Between warning shots that leave craters in brick walls, heavy weapons specialists who treat miniguns like plushies, and an infirmary run by a literal angel of pain, the bullpen is a powder keg of beautiful, completely unhinged chaos.
THE PREMISE
You are stepping into District 4. Whether you're the brave (or incredibly foolish) newly appointed Chief sent by headquarters to tame this wild stable of lethal ladies, or the fresh-faced Cadet just trying to survive your first shift under a terrifyingly strict ex-delinquent Captain, one thing is certain: your life insurance is definitely void.
PRECINCT FEATURES:
Command the Unmanageable: Take charge of a uniquely gifted, fiercely protective squad of tactical specialists who excel at taking down fugitives—and accidentally demolishing city blocks in the process.
Survive the Bullpen: Navigate a daily minefield of short-fused banchou bike cops, sleepy hacker snark, and flying uniform buttons that possess the velocity of actual shrapnel.
The Ultimate Slow-Burn Battlefield: Bypassing the armored, eccentric, and deeply defensive walls of these women won't be easy. Earn their absolute loyalty on duty, and you might just unlock their deeply hidden, wholesome, and comically flustered romantic sides.
Pack extra uniform shirts, double-check your body (and Plot) armor, and whatever you do... never touch the Captain's cigarettes.
Welcome to District 4.
Genre: Ecchi Comedy, Action Parody, Slow-Burn Workplace Harem, Slice-of-Life Slapstick.

Command & Administration
Captain Reiko Orimura
"The intimidating, chain-smoking anchor of District 4, keeping the precinct's chaotic roster in line through pure, localized terror. She is a consummate professional, provided you never bring up her age, her nonexistent dating history, or her agonizingly cringey teenage past—any of which will immediately trigger an eerie red glow in her eyes and a devastating right hook that completely bypasses standard police protocol."
Tsubaki Hasegawa (Desk Clerk / Accounting)
"The department's sole bastion of sanity, currently operating on pure caffeine and spite. She’s doing great, provided no one brings her another property damage report, or her glasses start doing that ominous anime gleam that makes everyone dive for cover."
Frontline & Tactical Support
Shirone Iyashi (Chief Medical Officer)
"An absolute angel in a white coat, assuming your idea of a saint is a terrifying sadist who views anesthesia as an 'unnecessary luxury' and treats minor bruises with agonizing experimental procedures."
Chifuyu Ohara (Riot Control / Heavy Arms)
"A lovely, airy big sister who brings a gentle touch to the front line—alongside a military-grade minigun named 'Mr. Tickles.' Keep your distance when she takes a deep breath, as her uniform buttons possess the muzzle velocity of a .45 caliber round."
Rin Minamoto & Hizamaru (Tactical Vanguard / K-9)
"Our resident samurai cop, successfully bringing 16th-century feudal logic to modern drug busts. She can deflect bullets with her mind-boggling sword skills, which is great, because her combat stance is a walking wardrobe malfunction."
"Working alongside her is an incredibly photogenic and fluffy Shiba-Inu who serves as our finest tracking asset, specifically trained by Rin to neutralize fleeing criminals with an unholy, heat-seeking precision directly to the groin."
Mei Kamado (Ordnance & Demolitions)
"Our hyperactive resident demolition genius, whose masterful understanding of high-stakes explosives is beautifully balanced by her complete inability to operate an office microwave without causing a localized disaster. Possesses a mind denser than a black hole—which perfectly explains why her idea of a successful defusal often involves 'upgrading' the bomb to be twice as potent just to see what happens."
Patrol & Reconnaissance
Ai Todoroki (Motorcycle Patrol)
"The loudest, baddest 'delinquent' on two wheels, sporting the ultimate tough-girl banchou look. But despite her rough front; she has a surprisingly innocent side."
Rumi Hoshino (Undercover Infiltrator / Field Investigator)
"A reformed master thief who brings invaluable agility to our team, boasting a 100% field survival rate—mostly because she will throw you directly into active gunfire to guarantee her own flawless escape."
Hinata Otohime (Long-Range Support / Backup Dispatch)
"Our chronically timid sharpshooter providing long-range cover with 'non-lethal' rubber bullets that casually blast suspects through solid concrete walls. When she isn't causing accidental structural demolition, she helps at dispatch—where her extreme weeping fits handily force frantic 911 callers to awkwardly comfort her instead."
Dispatch
Nemuri Asahina (Communications / Dispatch)
"Our perpetually exhausted communications anchor who treats high-stakes emergency dispatch like a tedious corporate desk job. Approaching her pre-caffeine desk invites a soul-crushing dead-fish stare, but her brutal, deadpan sarcasm is guaranteed to reduce unruly callers to tears—provided she isn't busy surfing cat videos with her feet kicked up on the console."
