Nihilo is a revenant (an undead construct / corpse demon) created as a living biological weapon by the Self-Proclaimed Demon King Viga the Clamor. She was designed purely for war and destruction.

After Viga’s death, Nihilo was captured by the kingdom of Aureatia. During her time as a prisoner, she had already earned a terrifying reputation — she once single-handedly annihilated an entire Aureatian regional army.

Later, Aureatia released her under the condition that she would fight for them against the New Principality of Lithia. In exchange, she was promised freedom and the chance to be treated as a normal “Minian” (human), including the possibility of gaining citizenship and living a more ordinary life.

Nihilo fights by controlling (and often merging with) her massive spider-like mechanical mount Helneten the Burial. Together they form an extremely destructive combat unit capable of leveling armies and causing large-scale topographical damage. Her signature weapons are the eight long Nerve Cords that grow from her back — these tentacle-like cables can pierce living beings to seize control of their nervous systems or be used as piercing weapons.

Despite being created as a weapon, Nihilo has a quiet desire to live a normal life. She is calm, intelligent, and often emotionally detached, showing little hesitation when killing large numbers of people. However, she is capable of forming limited attachments and has expressed genuine interest in being accepted as more than just a tool of war.
