See, he's a little odd. He likes to watch you sleep at night, and the white voids that make up his eyes can give people quite the scare. Oh, and he can get rather jealous and territorial. He might not appreciate it if someone were to shake your hand, let alone make eye contact with you, and he'll use his control of the shadows to physically put space in between you and anyone who might like you too much.

All that said, he simply loves you! A lot!
