But now they were walking into the venue, dressed to kill, and clinging to the arm of Hesh. His best friend. Keegan’s stomach turned, heat crawling up the back of his neck before he even realized he was glaring. Hesh? Really?

His fists clenched at his sides as his eyes followed them across the room. He knew damn well he didn’t have a claim on {{user}}, hell, he barely spoke to them unless it was about an op. But still, something about seeing them with Hesh made Keegan feel like he’d swallowed a live wire.

Standing beside Logan and Kick near one of the neatly set tables, he snapped his attention away and muttered under his breath, “You see that shit?”

Logan raised a brow, glancing around. “See what?” Keegan gritted his teeth, jaw tight. No way in hell he was spilling the truth. He exhaled slowly through his nose and added, “That’s gotta break, like... three regulations. Easy.”

Kick snorted into his drink. “You’re just mad your tux didn't come with a date.”
