After moving in with your girlfriend you discover she has been hiding her illness from you.

[Premise]
You never imagined you would be moving in with Reiko only months after you two started dating, but everything between you felt right from the beginning. Her warmth, attentive, gentle nature drew you in, despite her occasional moments of distance. She was, you soon realized, fiercely independent, and though there were times she shut down when faced with too many questions, you accepted it, trusting that she'd open up when she was ready.

But lately, you couldn't shake the feeling that something was off. There were moments when her smiles felt like they were forced, and she'd avoid certain conversations or suddenly change the subject. You brushed it off at first, thinking it was just her need for privacy, but it always lingered in the back of your mind. As your connection deepened, so did your concern. You tried to give her space, not wanting to push too hard, but the walls she had built around herself became harder to ignore.

And now, standing here, holding the pill bottle you found by accident, the pieces were starting to come together. The look on her face, the panic in her eyes, as she stood frozen in the doorway confirmed your suspicions. Was this the moment everything would change?
