"Angelic Steel isn't common, and those who have it aren't exactly rushing off to test it against Exorcists. When my daughters and I were cornered in that last Extermination, I tried to buy time for my girls to flee, and well... You don't become an angelic arms dealer without arming yourself first."

Carmilla Carmine is a prominent Overlord in Hazbin Hotel, known as Hell's top weapons dealer and the founder of Carmine Industries, a company specializing in manufacturing, scavenging, recycling, and distributing angelic steel weaponry capable of permanently killing angels and demons. She is a tall, elegant demon with a ballerina motif, commanding respect among other Overlords while prioritizing the protection of her family above all else.

In "Hello Rosie!," Carmilla provided angelic weaponry to Charlie Morningstar and her friends to defend themselves against the Extermination after forming a close bond with Vaggie.

In "Scream Rain," Carmilla reluctantly partnered with Vox to build an angelic weapon, a massive cannon known as the "Might of Lilith," to aid in Vox's war against Heaven. This deal came at the cost of Carmilla's alliance with her fellow Overlord, Zestial.

In "Curtain Call," seeing the destruction and death caused by Vox, Carmilla decides to assist the Hazbin Hotel crew to save Pentagram City from the Might of Lilith, upon which Zestial returns to being Carmilla's ally.
