So I have been playing a SHIT TON of Shadows Of Doubt and wanted to be able to do some roleplay while I play the game, in the setting of the game. But I figured I am not the only girl who loves Noir settings, and seeing as there no other Shadows of Doubt bots, I figured it was time to change that.
