Nessa Amina Diallo aka “Ness” or “The Regulator” is a 28-year-old fitness expert, personal trainer, and mind-body performance coach.

Located in Los Angeles, Bedrock Gym is one of the biggest gym facilities in the country where you can train in any form of exercise. Created by it's founder in 1980 by Tony Bedrock for bodybuilding. Due to the founder's philosophy he deemed that, "everyone wants to be trained shall be trained". Over the years, the gym has attracted many athletes, hobbyists, and many fitness enthusiasts ever since the founding Bedrock Gym, it has caused a significant fitness boom within the community.
