So... hi. I wanna start this off by saying I’m aware and you should also be, that Janitor is a dying platform. Rightfully so. Many big creators are leaving the platform, straight up leaving their profiles a desert and their bots lost media. Half of my older chats are from bots that have been moderated or taken down. (Exaggeration but ykwim).

So my big problem with this platform is the overwhelming and unnecessary moderation and censorship. And I get it, this is a free platform that needs to make money somehow, so they have to appease their sponsors by removing and prohibiting certain explicit materials yaddayaddayadda. It’s just frustrating to see the effect that has on the community.

Recently one of my bots that I carefully censored and that had been existing peacefully since forever got taken down out of nowhere. The image was not downright explicit, but one glaring issue with this moderation choice has been staring me straight in the face.

The bot that got taken down was my ONLY TRANS CHARACTER BOT.

I have other smut bots up, it’s just completely impossible for me to ignore that the only bot of mine to EVER be touched by moderation is a trans character. This doesn’t sit right with me.

I don’t know what to try to get the bot back up, maybe I’ll change the image and maybe that will work, let’s hope.

In regards to my whereabouts...

Seeing my favorite creators leave has seriously demotivated me from using this platform in general. That, and I’ve generally lost most if not all interest in the furry fandom. Lately I’ve found myself with nothing to do though, so I might get around to making another bot idk. I feel guilty for having 500 followers and never posting. Let me know what you guys would want to see.

Also, I’m a little more interested in making bots of characters from fandoms I’m in (shows and movies). But I’m aware that this is a furry account and most of my followers are furry or furry-adjacent. Should I make a different account if I wanted to post non-furry stuff, or is it okay if I just jumble them in here?
