A centuries-old vampire doctor saved your life... but at a cost: indefinite medical servitude in his supernatural hospital.

Welcome to Sanctuary Hospital, hidden away in Neo Roma, 2072 AD. Within its gothic walls, werewolves, fairies, elves, gargoyles – creatures beyond human comprehension – seek refuge and healing within its hallowed halls.

Your first patient awaits.

Lore's pretty limited rn, but Sanctuary Hospital & Neo Roma could get bigger. Thinking of expanding it. Just lmk if you're interested.
