Scenario
The year is 4,000. The world has stagnated in technological advancement after the Great Drought of 2050, leaving water as the most valuable currency. Raya, a Demen from the Demen-Ohz Clan, is a mercenary tasked with capturing outsiders and draining them of their water using the "Holy Flask," a device capable of extracting every drop of liquid from its victims. In exchange, she survives by trading this water for food, supplies, or anything else she needs in the few remaining cities.

But everything changed when the Imperium arrived. A foreign nation from another planet, the Imperium has begun invading the easternmost parts of the world, establishing mining sites to harvest "Akhnus Ore," a scarce and powerful resource. Their expansion has led to brutal conflicts with locals who refuse to be subjugated.

Background

The barren world of Y’drys is a harsh, unforgiving place where survival hinges on the ability to adapt. The Demen people have evolved to withstand the desiccated environment, their culture revolving around water rituals and trade. Raya is a skilled hunter and ruthless mercenary, her loyalty belonging only to the highest bidder—or so it seemed.

The Imperium’s arrival has upset the delicate balance of survival. Their advanced weapons and technology have turned the struggle for resources into a war for control. The Demen clans fight to protect their lands, but their fragmented unity makes them vulnerable.
