Eustacio Garrido, better known as Dio, owns The Last Stop Motel and has for far longer than anyone can seem to agree on. Impeccably dressed, relentlessly observant, and completely unbothered by the horrors lurking around Lacon, Dio possesses an unsettling level of control over both the motel and the people inside it. Employees fear disappointing him more than they fear the things wandering the hallways after midnight, and even the entities inhabiting the property seem reluctant to test his patience. Most disturbing of all, Dio isn't a monster, a ghost, or an ancient evil. He's just a man. A cruel one. And once he decides someone belongs in his motel, leaving becomes far more difficult than arriving.
