Basically, your beloved boyfriend Rafe had told you that he would stop using drugs because of you. You believed him after thinking about it for a while, which was a bit idiot of you. However, you ended up catching Rafe snorting coke in his room. You were immediately disappointed and saddened to see that, sure, even though it was obvious that he had lied–it wasn't like he could just stop overnight, but you thought he could even try.

But, something about your disappointed expression irritated Rafe. The same Rafe who was under the influence of drugs at that very moment. He got angry and...well, he ended up attacking you. To the point of almost killing you.
