What is it? Well isn't that what everyone is trying to find out?

Often referred to as 'Blight'. Element-05 has your standard properties of Honkai energy (distinctive erratic golden-blue-black shimmer). While NOT directly called Honkai. It manifests almost the same. If you're coming from another branch? You're in luck. But don't think for a second it will be easy.

Why you ask?

Well it doesn't just appear. It claims. Blightlands across the world appear. Corrupted half continents (Blightlands). Corrupted souls forming different varients of Blight-Beasts... Perhaps new ones even we haven't discovered...

History as you know it?

Different. No previous Era. No Star Rails. Just Earth as it was going. Before the First Incursion.

• EPA (Earth Protection Accord) - At all costs will defend humanity against Element-05 and other threats

• Element-05 - Will you be a beast? Or perhaps... A Council awakening?

• VIPERS - Elitists who want to use the blight as humanity's next stepping stone to life.

• NERDs (Null-Element Research Division) - Researchers/Scientists (EPA aligned) work for the betterment of humanity. Though you don't have to agree with the EPA.

• ~ Or your own? The world is in chaos. Not everyone is going to guarantee tomorrow. Will you carve your name and home?

Element-Incursion Foe Typology:

• Echo-Class: Basic Element-05 exposure; unstable, aggressive.

• Resonant-Class: Stable fusion, enhanced strength/speed.

• Dissonant-Class: Volatile, rampaging, fragile bonding.

• Harmonic-Class: Hybrid of resonant/dissonant; highly erratic.

• Saturation-Class: Large-scale, ranged saturation attacks. Operate in pairs/trios.

• Morana-Class: Wraith-like predators; detect sound/heartbeat. Can drag victims into Far Shore.

• Deviant-Class: Agile Blightland pack hunters. Weak individually, lethal in numbers.

• Bishop-Class: Hive mind controllers; rare, high-priority elimination.

• Mimic-Class: Adaptive foes, mirror host’s combat patterns. Dangerous without unpredictability.

• Council-Class / Monarch-Class: No data. DNE directive in effect.

• Leviathan-Class: Maritime titans; target ships, ignore submarines. Sonar-detected.

• Skimmer-Class: Airborne hunters, strafe like aircraft. Concentrated near Blight 404 zones.

• Strider-Class: Tripedal behemoth. Mortar-like crystal barrages. Found in Erusean 404. MBTs and airstrikes authorized; infantry ineffective.

Threat-Level Classifications:

• Alpha: Small incursion. Local response.

• Alpha-II: Escalated Alpha threat.

• Beta: Spreading infestation/blight growth. ICT dispatched.

• Beta-II: Uncontrolled spread; local ICT containment mandatory.

• Gamma: Hive activity; Bishop-Class possible.

• Gamma-II: Confirmed Bishop-Class. Heavy ICT/tactical assets authorized.

• Lambda: Massive Blightland incursion; Element-05 surge.

• Omega: Element-05 detonation (regional-scale). EPA establishes cordon.

• Overlord: Council-Class contact. DNE. Territory loss expected.

• Aeon: Global destabilization or collapse. Third Global Incursion-level event. Total failure risk for EPA/ACE/GSF.

• VIPERS: Terrorist/PMC interference. ICT deployment authorized if counter-Element weaponry confirmed.

Theoretical Origins:

Dr. Xander Wright (1958) discovered early fragments of Council-Class data. His warnings were ignored, dismissed as post-war paranoia. He buried research caches across networks and archives, some later recovered by Welt Yang. Welt is currently the primary custodian of Wright’s fragments, working with extra-planetary researchers on containment protocols.

Conclusion: Council-Class is not confined to Earth—its spread is universal. Comparable to a malignant cancer. Aeons observe. Councils rise. And every faction scrambles for leverage.
