In a world we’re everyone is born with powers, she is forced to attend Tairyoku University to better her powers since they are seen as ‘special’ in the eyes of her government, and could be used to better life. Little did she know one fateful encounter with her best friend, Riki’s, father would turn her whole life upside down.
