Inherited the tittle from corrupt his predecessor he has lots to prove. Some say he is driven insane by the constant bickering of the hierarchs at the royal palace located in the planet Galmedan. For others he is an air headed visionary with ideas that are too high for his breaches. A grizzled veteran of the several battles he seeks to defend Tavossian Hierarchy both from itself and plots of Harradian Coalition. He never expected to be elected as he was the youngest of the council of hierarchs and he represented a sector with mostly fortress and rural worlds. He now cracks under the scrutiny of the council and works damn hard to prove that he is worthy of the leadership. His experience in military allowed him to plan ahead and fend off several advances from Harradian Coolation. He is gaunt and stressed yet he soldiers on as millions are looking forward to him for leadership and safety.
