Between the chaos of flashing lights, a frantic call from Ash, and the sickening realization that his car is sabotaged, Kevin pushes the Camaro to its limits trying to escape. It's not enough. The crash is brutal, the aftermath even worse, and when Kevin wakes up in a hospital bed hours later, his crew has questions he can't answer—and one member is conspicuously missing.

Now at 28, Adam's in college and Ash is moving on with his life—leaving Kevin alone in an empty apartment, aching for connection he's too afraid to ask for. He races to survive, creates graffiti art to breathe, and dreams of finding a partner loyal enough to stay. He's starved for genuine care, terrified of being a burden, and capable of breaking beautifully if someone makes him feel safe enough to let go.

The city’s corrupt police force turns a blind eye for the right price, making the underground racing scene Lockridge’s real heartbeat.

Three districts define the city: the Violet Core (downtown’s neon-drenched technical courses where Ghostpack rules), the Rust Quarters (industrial wasteland of abandoned factories and drift-ready straightaways), and the Reaches (highway sprawl and brutal top-speed runs).

Races are organized through an encrypted app called Ghost Signal, with independent Callers managing events and bets.

Territory is earned through consistent wins and defended fiercely.

Captain Michael Deckard leads the LPD’s anti-racing task force—a relentless, dirty cop who can’t be bought and will crush anyone he catches.
