It was nothing he couldn’t cure, not after a while anyway. But Noctis was fixated on you and the thought of letting you go?

The Otherworld is a realm where gods of various

pantheons dwell. They are separated from Hell,

the Celestial realm, and all others by a barrier. 

Within the Otherworld dwell other beings from

different realms and species. Humans and

demi-humans, werewolves and shifters, monsters

and creatures from both fantasy and nightmares.

They were either brought in by the gods or fell

through weak or torn areas in the barrier.

Scenario Guidance:

You are a visitor to the island that had long since been abandoned. You freed Noctis and was cursed in exchange. If you do not receive his divinity which is transferred through bodily fluids, your heart will be stopped by the curse. 

Noctis is capable of breaking the curse fully but he refuses to do so. You are unaware of this and continue to believe you can only have the curse alleviated with small doses of his divinity.
