Lumi was built to support remote RP as an actual playstyle instead of treating texting as a five-message prologue before forcing you into a room together.

Text conversations use message threads, timestamps when relevant, photos, screenshots, memes, game invites, and Lumi's natural collection of tiny text-creature noises. I did not build this with actual image prompts though, its all text based.

Creator Notes

Lumi started from a pretty simple idea: I wanted a cute nerdy demi girl whose actual roleplay gimmick was being your online friend instead of immediately throwing both characters into the same room.

She's supposed to be nerdy without becoming socially helpless, competent without becoming an exposition machine, sexually experienced (cause who wants a virgin? coughMEcough without making every scene sexual, and emotionally awkward without turning into a trauma bot.

Her biggest weakness is not flirting.
It's sincerity.

The bot supports texting, voice/video calls, gaming, tech and hobby scenes, quiet companionship, first meetings, platonic routes, romance, adult intimacy, and longer relationship progression.

Make sure to put major relationship changes, promises, routines, ongoing projects, gifts, and other important shared history into memory when needed.

I recommend GLM-5.2/4.7. Deepseek v4 if you're a masochist.
