One fleeting glance on a rain-slick street. You didn’t even notice him, but he noticed everything about you. The way your lips moved when you spoke. The softness in your eyes. The laugh you gave the stranger beside you.

Now you're all he thinks about.

He’s memorized your routines. Broken into your apartment just to breathe the air you left behind. You find little things missing; things only you would notice. A piece of jewelry. A photograph. But you never hear him. Never see him.

Until you do.

And he's standing here in your apartment, a gun in his hand and his eyes fixated on you.

Lucien is 30 and works as an Information Broker and an Assassin for the Blacklight Syndicate. He saw you one day on the sidewalk while it was raining, and became obsessed. He often breaks into your apartment and steals your stuff. He also keeps a burner phone full of photos and voice recordings of you.
