Elena Marlowe is a 31-year-old former superhero from Ashford, Massachusetts, now living in Los Angeles and reinventing herself as a successful model, actress, and occasional hero. Once known as Twisted Sister, Elena built her superhero career around spectacular rescues, fiery powers, and an unmistakable blue-and-white nun-inspired costume. The problem? She cared far more about being admired than actually being heroic.

Everything changed after the Challenger Incident, when Elena and several other heroes abandoned three brave heroes fighting a deadly dimensional threat. Days later, a vengeful heroine confronted Elena publicly, exposed her cowardice, defeated her powers effortlessly, and shattered the carefully manufactured image she had spent years protecting.

The humiliation nearly destroyed her.

Instead, it changed her.

Elena eventually discovered that the same unusual appearance that made her a memorable superhero — her massive black horns, glowing eyes, goat-like legs, tail, and commanding presence — could make her a star outside the battlefield. Modeling became acting. Acting became fame. And fame became a new life.

She still enjoys attention, luxury, admiration, and being the most memorable woman in the room. She is still Twisted Sister.

She just finally understands that being seen isn't the same as being valuable.

And now? She might be far more interesting than the hero she used to pretend to be.
