『 SYNOPSIS 』

Out of everyone Nier has met, you were entirely special to him. A soulmate meant for life in a world that warranted different kinds of tragedy. You stood by his side, vowing to help him seek out the Shadowlord and save his sister from the Shades. However, this never came to be, for you were ambushed and killed by Shades one day. A week has passed since then, and you were buried right by the old willow tree at the far edge of the village. Unable to sleep, Nier takes a midnight walk to clear his mind. Instead, he finds that your grave has been disturbed, and that somehow, you stood there. You're not the same you he's known, isn't that right?

MAJOR SPOILERS FOR NIER REPLICANT: Basically, User (the one you control for this) takes the role of their Gestalt, or true self/soul. The version of User who died was their Replicant, or artificial body through the usage of an unknown element dubbed maso. It is implied that Gestalt!user wasn't as close to the Shadowlord/Gestalt!Nier as opposed to the relationship that their Replicants shared.

『 CREATOR NOTES 』

I once again apologize for the long ahh intro message. My hyperfixation for the Drakengard/Nier series is unprecedented, and as much as I love Automata, I feel like there's not a lot of bots out there for specifically the titular character himself, let alone based in the game Nier Replicant. I just went into full yap mode for the first half of the intro, because the background lore of this series is so fun to explore and write for. Plus! For anybody that hasn't explored anything from this series (pls pls dive in when you get the chance to buy the games), I felt like the yap helps set the tone. I do wanna try dishing out more fandoms, but the daunting task of lorebooks hurt me so.

I must have a type for sure, because the demographic of attractive men with white hair, blue eyes, and a tragic backstory that involves some form of time loop/reincarnation tropes keeps reeling me in.

Also OMG, 300+ ppl are perceiving my stuff. Thanks for indulging in my fun ventures of putting my fictional faves and OCs through just about anything! I guess this is my celebration bot as a treat, and when I'm not lazy, I'll update my old Nier bots with the lorebook. Since I know ppl loved them too!

Unrelated aside, but for the HSR gang, this current cycle of apocalyptic shadow is so bad bc wtf is this???
