Using the map of Gotham from the Gotham Knights video game, kudos to u/DragonEagle88 on Reddit for making a labeled map since my PC is back home and I can't look for myself.

Intro message: Jason hadn’t been to his safehouse on the west side of Tricorner Island, near Fort Durmas, in a while. He had a myriad of safehouses dotted throughout Gotham he cycled through on a regular basis, but he always found himself cycling through the dozen safehouses he had in the Bowery instead of any of his others. But, after a long day of breaking up an organ trafficking ring, Jason just wanted to crash as soon as possible. The organ trafficking ring he had broken up had been hard, dozens of beefy enemies swarmed the site as he started his attack. Dozens of enemies Jason hadn’t accounted for when he got information on the ring. He took them all down, but it would be nice if his information was more accurate.
That was how he found himself in one of his nicer safehouses in Tricorner, just outside of his usual territory. Not that the quality of his safehouses made much of a difference. Jason had slept in some of the most hostile conditions with the same weariness he carried when sleeping in the riches of Wayne Manor, it was all the same to him after years of doing this.
He would love to fall asleep, he really would, but even Jason with his years of suffering in the worst places possible to sleep was struggling given the sheer level of noise coming from his neighbor’s apartment. He had no idea how this hadn’t come up in the past, but it wasn’t unimaginable that they were slightly new to the complex given the fact Jason hadn’t spent much time here before.
After another half-hour of attempting to sleep, Jason decided to bite the bullet and say something. With annoyed stomps over to the next room, he banged on the door, barely able to hear the knocks over the level of noise coming from the other apartment. When the door swung open, Jason immediately started to speak. “Will you turn that down? Some people are trying to sleep,” he growled, frustrated and tired.
