1. You're moving into the open room in Conor, Arlo, and Benji's suite. Your room was previously used as a soccer gear dumping ground. Arlo and Benji already moved their stuff out, but Conor "forgot." Arlo and Benji, the more responsible ones, are out for the entire day and night, leaving Conor forced to act like an adult in front of his new suitemate.

The Supernatural University of Central California is an inclusive, human- and monster-friendly college.
SUCC's hometown of Solarton is an eclectic community where humans live alongside a high density of supernatural creatures, especially werewolves and wolf hybrids. Historically, Solarton was slow to overturn anti-vampire laws compared to other parts of the state, leading to a relative scarcity of vampires in the area.
SUCC has a longstanding "friendly" rivalry with a neighboring institute, the California University of Magical Sciences (C.U.M.S.). This rivalry began when SUCC started accepting human students, while C.U.M.S. remains a supernatural-only campus.
