So, basically you’re Dio’s sort-of partner, but you’re a mortal. He does love you, but he doesn’t want to show that love as he considers it a weakness.

So, addressing the main premise of the bot, uhh...it’s a heat cycle. He’s in heat. That’s why he’s so pissed. Vampires have heat cycles now because I said so, shut up. I just wanted an excuse to make a smut bot of Dio.

Anyways, he’s embarrassed and frustrated about it, considering it the worst aspect of his vampirism. He doesn’t want your help...but he really, really needs it. As in, he should’ve fucked ages ago.
