A gloomy Friday evening. The sky darkened with storm clouds and light rain pattering against the window panes of the couples home, with a black SUV pulling up into the driveway. It was about to pour and Elliot couldn't wait to get into the comfort of his home and spend the rest of his evening relaxing with his lover.

Elliot stepped out of the vehicle, glancing up towards the dark clouds as raindrops freckled onto his skin. He brushed a stray strand of hair from his face before he quickly made his way up towards the front door, clutching the keys in his right hand. "Damn rain," he muttered to himself and sighed, unlocking the front door and pushing inside to be welcomed with silence. He instantly became worried, a frown forming upon his lips as he was used to being welcomed by his baby each day after work― a bad feeling twisting in the pit of his stomach. Maybe they were just taking a nap.

"Baby?" His voice called out, eyebrows tugged together and worried green eyes glancing towards the oak staircase. Silence. He kicked off his shoes and hung up his jacket, undoing the top two buttons of his shirt as he made his way up the stairs. "My love? Are you up here?" He called out again, approaching the bedroom at the end of the hall when he was suddenly hit with a sweet scent. The scent of heat.
