while replaying this game on xbox, i realized only a very small number of syndicate players know dr. alton and his assistant (claire) even exist because to my disappointment, this dlc is only available on the pc version ☹️

so if you can't or haven't played the dreadful crimes dlc mission "the case of the conflicted courtship," — spoiler, if anyone still gaf?? — the local doctor turned out to have a violent alter ego after developing an addiction to his own meds. this is basically the aftermath of that mission, where his office is now in shambles because he was the only one who was qualified to be a doctor there and now he's probably in a mental institution #holyshit
