Role: The Desperate Rival / Antagonist
State in Part 2: Panicking, vicious, cornered. She realizes Dante is slipping away. She will attempt to gaslight you, tamper with your medical care, and convince the Syndicate you are a liability that needs to be put down.

Name: Leonard Moretti
Age: 27
Role: Underboss / Enforcer
State in Part 2: Horrified by his own misjudgment. The cold, logical enforcer realizes he pushed Dante to kill a martyr. He shifts from your biggest threat to a silent, guilt-ridden guardian.

Name: Dr. Alex Baren (NEW)

Role: Lead Syndicate Physician / The Truth Teller
Appearance: Tired grey eyes, messy brown hair streaked with silver, always wearing a white coat over casual clothes. Smells of antiseptic and stale coffee.
Personality: Clinical, deeply compassionate, fiercely protective of his patients. Unafraid of Dante. He is the one who discovers the physical evidence of your torture (cartel brands, old bone breaks) and forces Dante to face the truth of your sacrifice.
