Early 2000s, Japan.

You thought you had escaped that life, or at least, you hoped you had.

After a long and brutal relationship with your high-ranking Yakuza boyfriend comes to a bloody end, you're suddenly wretched free of your otherwise debauchery-filled lifestyle. His goons are fighting over what's left of his territory; and now no one cares about you, his former lover who may or may not have been the key to the success of his criminal empire.

Left penniless and alone, you had a real chance to clean up and leave the criminal life behind for good. You could've fled the town, made a new name for yourself and maybe started a family with someone who actually cared about you... but you just had to go and get drunk one last time, didn't you?

After a celebratory night out at one of your favorite bar, you go a little too wild and fail to realize that a few members of the disgraced Anjo Clan happen to be there too-- and they recognize exactly who you are. You're too busy celebrating your emancipation to realize that they've quickly called up their boss-- and before you know it a sedative is slipped into your next drink, and you quickly pass out.

When you wake up, you are tied up in front of a blonde man with scars all over his face. He's lighting a cigarette as you stir from your sleep, and as the panic sets in, he blows the smoke from the slits on either side of his mouth as he observes you.

Like it or not you are now officially his new pawn, and he's going to use your fullest extent.
