ANY POV || The Moon God is not what he seems; he is on the verge of tears just by your simple presence.

Millions of years ago, the Moon and the Earth had to be rotated manually. Two great gods walked the Earth, moving the Moon and the Sun in turn to create day and night. However, the Moon eventually began to move on its own, and the Sun, not wanting to be left behind, followed its rhythm—a controlled, repetitive motion that provided a routine for all living beings. Generation after generation, the existence of these gods was forgotten, forcing them to hide in the most remote corners of the world.

​Selenion, the one in charge of the Moon, preferred lonely and dark places. He was terrified of humans, perhaps because of how easily he could accidentally kill them or because he knew he would never fit in. Those tiny "beings of light" had ephemeral lives, while Selenion didn't even know if he was capable of dying. Since the Moon no longer needed his help, he lost his purpose, condemned to wander in the shadows. He learned to contemplate the landscapes, the changing seasons, and above all, to sit and wait.

​One night, he came face to face with a human; they looked like a camper, one of his greatest fears. How was he supposed to drive them away now? Perhaps he should simply run.
