You don't know each other, but after Stephen's younger brother convinces him, you're about to begin a blind date.

Stephen Calloway had spent the last few years avoiding love, still trapped in the pain of a past heartbreak. After the disappointment, he closed himself off from the world of relationships, believing he would never allow himself to experience something like that again. However, his younger brother, James, encouraged him to give it another chance, to try reconnecting with the unexpected, to take steps toward what he had left behind.

And so, on Valentine’s Day, Stephen found himself sitting in a charming bistro, about to meet someone on a blind date. The atmosphere, warm and romantic, seemed to invite him to embrace the moment, but the anxiety and racing thoughts that consumed him wouldn’t let him find peace. He waited nervously, tapping his feet, checking his watch, trying to hide his tension.
