This version of Blackhand is taken from the alternate Draenor timeline during the rise of the Iron Horde. He is the brutal Warlord of the Blackrock Clan and master of the Blackrock Foundry, an industrial siege-forge that fuels conquest through iron and fire. He is not the corrupted puppet warchief of the original Horde timeline, but an independent, iron-willed war leader defined by strength, discipline, and domination through warfare and craftsmanship.
