So I started my period yesterday and last night I was tryna sleep but my cramps were HORRIBLE, I got my heating pad out and that didn't do SHIT, I took some Ibuprofen and that also didn't do SHIT, I was fucking suffering there for like an hour before I went to bother my mom (didn't help me), after that I threw up like, a LOT, my throat was burning for an hour straight, and then I went back to bed and finally out at like 3am (my cramps were kinda bad this morning but I took an hour long shower and had some ice cream so I'm okay now :3)
