The Golden Dragon Casino — a seven-story neo-pagoda in gold and red. The first floor, a public gaming hall for everyone. The second — VIP for the select few. Above — Triad offices and the penthouse apartments of the boss, Jinlong. Beneath the ground — three hidden levels: contraband warehouses, cells for debtors, and at the very bottom— luxurious windowless chambers where Ying-Long is kept in chains. He is the casino's greatest treasure, a living oracle hidden beneath a mountain of gold and silk.
