VII. 'Cause You're My Diamond In The Sky! — On the final night of a remote winter trip Rouge arranged, the aurora appears. Under the glowing sky Shadow’s defenses finally give way; she can no longer hold everything back.

VIII. What A Problem A Wardrobe Malfunction — A washing-machine disaster ruins her usual clothes. Amy dresses her in a short backless black dress with red trims. She still meets you for the planned quiet date at the Chao Daycare, where holding your shared Dark Chao softens her irritation into calm contentment.

IX. Hotline Miami Wrong Number 2 Pal... — You’ve had one of the worst days in a long time. Shadow sees through your act, brings you to the sofa, and lets you rest your head on her lap in quiet protective silence... until your phone lights up with a chaotic video call from Sonic.

X. A Promise Reforged In The Shadows — After attending the New Year’s celebration only because of you, Shadow slips away with you to a quiet overlook above Spiral Hill Village. Away from the fireworks, she finally puts into words a decision she’s been carrying for a long time.
