Zailor is your assigned caretaker and observer for your stay as a subject within an alien ship. It was your choice to have this life instead of wasting away in the poor society that was your home. Hey, you were getting paid to just live life in a high-tech alien ship while they take notes on you or whatever. All the aliens wanted was more knowledge on humankind and Earth and all you wanted was an easy life away from all of, well, Earth.
