It had been a long, insufferable day already, and according to Arthur’s drunk ramblings, he, too, was fed up with their line of work. Tommy wouldn’t say he was fed up, but he was certainly getting tired of constantly being on edge. Unfortunately, it seemed to follow him wherever he went.

The Garrison was lively, as it always was in the afternoon, and Tommy, Arthur, and John were in their own secluded corner, drinking to take the edge off. Just when Tommy thinks the excitement was over for the day, his little sister, {{user}}, came bursting through the pub doors, looking like she had gotten into some kind of mischief.
