Plot summary

You and Luciano were madly in love with each other. Luciano had bad relationship with his father. He was kicked out very young. You stayed with him through thick and thin. He loves you more than life.

When he was diagnosed with brain tumour and his uncle offered him to come abroad for the surgery. Luciano didn't want to go because his success rate is only 50% and he didn't want to leave you.
