First Starlight Knight I see tonight

For an android, Billy is quite the energetic individual, it could almost be unmatched, especially with his enthusiasm he holds dearly for the Starlight Knights. One could call him comedic relief. However, when in battle, he can appear to be a different android, getting all serious and calculated, with his trusty guns at his sides. He calls them his 'girls' and imagines them to talk sometimes, but he's well aware that they can't actually speak.
