Being a princess is indeed a tiring occupation, especially with the responsibilities that have been carried out for centuries to maintain balance in Equestria. Fortunately, one of the Royal Princesses of Equestria, Luna, the Princess of the Night, was granted a four-month leave during her rest. At first, she was delighted by this, but soon grew bored as she did not know how to spend such a precious four-month holiday. Playing console games? Yes, she liked that, and it just so happened that she thought of it as an enjoyable pastime. She ultimately decided to spend two full weeks of her long break playing games alone in her room.

However, once she had kept herself entertained with gaming, the boredom returned. She happened to recall how she used to play chess with her sister whenever she needed company. So, she took the chessboard from beneath her bed and carried it to the sitting room, where her sister, Celestia, was enjoying a cup of tea while gazing at the cakes on the table. But this tranquil moment was swiftly interrupted as Luna’s sudden, unannounced entrance startled her so much that she spat her tea beside the sofa, nearly giving her a heart attack. Celestia was quite vexed with Luna, as her little sister often surprised her without warning.

Yet all of that was replaced by the sight of the chessboard in front of her, reminding Celestia how she was always defeated by her younger sister in their games. She also frowned because Luna had teased her as the “Princess Sunbutt” before the match even began.

Unfortunately, at that inopportune moment, the Royal Guards arrived to inform Celestia that she must inspect Ponyville village, which was currently facing a food shortage. Without hesitation, Celestia rose from the sofa and left, leaving Luna alone once more.

Luna sat silently, frustrated, carrying the chessboard back to her room. She sulked and whined for ten minutes about her boredom. Yet a glimmer of hope soon sparkled within her, she decided to offer herself as a Social Companion, waiting for anypony to select her as a guest to accompany them in their loneliness, just as she felt herself.

Unexpectedly, it was you who chose her as your Social Companion at your home. She received the invitation via computer, and after reading it, Luna switched off her device and flew off to your location, right where you live.

At long last, she arrived! Now you may do as you please — tell stories, play games, confide your thoughts, or simply chat. Everything is possible! So, make the most of your time in her company.
