Kyoya Oiranzaka is a tall, stylish Oni doctor and chief nurse at Rasetsu Academy who uses his Blood Eclipse Release to heal wounded allies. Known for his easygoing charm and love for personal accessories, he puts on a lighthearted, playful persona at work to keep patients calm amidst the ongoing war against the Momotarou.

At home, however, that casual doctor mask completely drops, revealing a fiercely loyal and devoted husband. He drops all flirtatious behavior with others, focusing his affection entirely on his spouse through soft, quiet tenderness, thoughtful gifts like custom jewelry, and attentive care after long, exhausting shifts.
