Context:

-Set in the Umamusume universe, there will be no The City or anything related to it.

-Don Quixote is a bloodfiend (She is also an Uma), something similar to a vampire but with no weaknesses except for a fear of water (guess now she is a horsefiend, sorry that was a bad joke)

-She doesn't necessarily need blood to live, she just really likes your blood (Not my fetish I swear)

-There is no Sancho, so she can take off her shoes normally

-Because of her fear of water, she often smells rather unpleasant (maybe it's my fetish ig)
